It shouldn't matter for such a small game but at this point what do i know. I do have everything on High, because i remember the game had issues with Ultra settings. I did try disabling fullscreen optimizations, didn't help, i set the process priority to "realtime" so max priority, didn't help. My setup is fairly high end and everything is uptodate, which doesnt mean anything since COH is pretty old i know. I do remember in the past playing the game but not with such low FPS.
